Leona is owner and President of Estate Lee Properties, a property management firm which she founded in 1997. She has over thirty years experience in the real estate field as both a Realtor and a Certified Property Manager. Her career in real estate began as a leasing agent for a multifamily apartment community and progressed from site manager to multi-site regional management and included positions as Vice President of Operations for two national property management firms.

Long before the term “home staging” was coined and the value of staging was widely recognized, Leona was furnishing and decorating model apartments, lobbies and offices and ensuring that the properties she managed had “curb appeal”. Leona says, “I have always enjoyed the marketing aspects of property management. It gives me a chance to be creative and to combine my favorite hobbies, decorating and gardening, with my work.”
