	Introducing... Patti Bellizia has joined Act Two Home Staging as a Senior Associate, specializing in home staging consultations. Patti has a natural flair for decorating and has helped family and friends with home projects for as long as she can remember. After receiving her Accredited Staging Professional designation in 2008, Patti had been working independently at her own business, Staging with Style. Throughout 2010 Patti worked on various projects for Act Two Home Staging. Along with consultations her contributions included several large projects including vacant and model homes. She also assisted Leona Piro in decorating Landmark Builder’s award winning home at Homearama 2010. Introducing... Welcome to Act Two Home Staging

Act Two Home Staging is located in Mendon, New York and serves the Greater Rochester, New York area. Leona Piro, the owner of Act Two Home Staging is an Accredited Staging Professional and a Member of the International Association of Home Stagers. Leona is owner and President of Estate Lee Properties, a property management firm which she founded in 1997. She has over thirty years experience in the real estate field as both a Realtor and a Certified Property Manager. Her career in real estate began as a leasing agent for a multifamily apartment community and progressed from site manager to multi-site regional management and included positions as Vice President of Operations for two national property management firms.

Long before the term “home staging” was coined and the value of staging was widely recognized, Leona was furnishing and decorating model apartments, lobbies and offices and ensuring that the properties she managed had “curb appeal”. Leona says, “I have always enjoyed the marketing aspects of property management. It gives me a chance to be creative and to combine my favorite hobbies, decorating and gardening, with my work.”

A second career or, Act Two, is Leona’s newest venture. Her thirty years of experience in various aspects of real estate is now combined with passion, enthusiasm and energy to create a successful staging business - Act Two Home Staging.
