Consultation Accessories can change the "mood" of a room. Staging helps the buyer envision a lifestyle.   A home staging consultation is an extensive interior and exterior review of your home. It includes a room- by- room evaluation with recommendations for cleaning, repairs, decluttering, depersonalizing, color choices, furniture placement, and focal point enhancement. Act Two Home Staging will provide you with a detailed written report of the findings along with a list of what the homeowner needs to do prior to staging the home. The Stager will review the report with you, in your home, giving you an opportunity to ask questions.   The average investment for a home staging consultation is $250.00. The cost may vary slightly based on the size and condition of the home.   Proposal   The Home Staging proposal is a quotation that lists the rooms to be staged and the scope of the work.   If furniture and accessory rental are necessary, the proposal will include costs for rental, loading and unloading, and de-staging.   The proposal is free of charge to clients who have had a home staging consultation by Act Two Home Staging.   Hands-On Staging   Hands-On Staging is the physical execution of the consultation. Furniture and accessories may be moved from room to room, rearranged, or packed and stored. Depending on the size of your budget, the amount of your free time and the extent of your physical and creative ability, Act Two Home Staging will do as much or as little as you choose.   Photos of your staged home, suitable for marketing, will be provided. Additionally, you will receive instructions on how to keep your home in staged condition while it is on the market.   Since each staging plan is custom designed, prices vary. The cost per hour for an Accredited Staging Professional is $75.00. Flat fee rates per room or whole house fees are also available. All services are provided for both occupied and vacant homes.
