A home staging consultation is an extensive interior and exterior review of your home. It includes a room- by- room evaluation with recommendations for cleaning, repairs, decluttering, depersonalizing, color choices, furniture placement, and focal point enhancement.
One of Act Two Home Staging’s Accredited Staging Professionals will accompany you throughout your home providing you with detailed information on how to prepare each room. You will have plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Together, you will arrive at a realistic staging plan that allows you and your family to continue to live comfortably in your home while still showing it at its best.
The Home Staging proposal is a quotation that lists the rooms to be staged and the scope of the work.
If furniture and accessory rental are necessary, the proposal will include costs for rental, loading and unloading, and de-staging.
The proposal is free of charge to clients who have had a home staging consultation by Act Two Home Staging.
Hands-On Staging is the physical execution of the consultation. Furniture and accessories may be moved from room to room, rearranged, or packed and stored. Depending on the size of your budget, the amount of your free time and the extent of your physical and creative ability, Act Two Home Staging will do as much or as little as you choose.
Photos of your staged home, suitable for marketing, will be provided. Additionally, you will receive instructions on how to keep your home in staged condition while it is on the market.
Act Two Home Staging has its own inventory of furnishings, artwork and accessories to create a model home for builders or to stage a vacant home that is for sale. Unlike with furniture rental stores, three to six month commitments are not required. With Act Two Home Staging you can rent for as little as 30 days. After the initial 30- day rental, discounted weekly rates apply.
Redesign includes rearranging furniture and accessories and using much of what you already own in new and exciting ways. Choose one or two rooms or your entire house. Act Two Home Staging will create a fresh new look in your home. Costs vary based on a case –by- case basis. Act Two Home Staging will provide you with a proposal.
Our services include recommendations for paint colors, window treatments, flooring, artwork, furnishings and much more. One of our professionals will shop with you or bring a selection of samples to your home.
